・We usually ship out within 7 days.
・Please make sure you check the total amount before press "Checkout" button.
・All items will be shipped from Japan with "International ePacket"
・Please note that shipping may be delayed significantly due to COVID-19 at this time.
・We do our best to reflect inventory status, but some items are sold in parallel at live venues, so in the unlikely event that an item is out of stock at the time of order, we will refund your money.

・通常７日以内に発送させていただきます。
（事情により発送が遅れる場合は事前にご連絡させていただきます。）
・購入合計金額は「Checkout/チェックアウト」ボタンをクリックした後に表示されますので必ずご確認下さい。
・全ての商品は日本国内から発送いたします。
・レターパック又は定形外郵便での発送となります。（追跡が出来ませんのでご了承ください)
・在庫状況の反映には万全を期しておりますが、ライブ会場で並行して販売しているものもございますので、注文時点で万が一在庫がなくなってしまった場合は返金させていただきます。(返金方法は別途ご連絡いたします)

Return Policy

(For Overseas customers)

・No exchanges or returns will be accepted.
・We will only accept exchanges or returns if the merchandise is defective (CDs are found to be unplayable or merchandise damaged) or if the merchandise arrives different from the order. Please contact us within 10 days of receipt of defective merchandise.
・In the unlikely event that we do not have a replacement for the defective item in stock, we will issue a refund. (We will contact you separately for the refund method.)

・商品の交換または返品は受け付けないものとします。
・商品が不良品(CDの再生不能やグッズ破損が見受けられた場合)、またはオーダーと異なる商品が到着した場合のみ、交換、返品の受付をいたします。不良品があった場合、10日以内にご連絡下さい。
・万が一、不良品の代替品が在庫無しの場合は返金とさせていただきます。(返金方法は別途ご連絡いたします)
